We are a small family run business based in the Wairarapa with over 25 years of flooring installation experience.
Specialising in Luxury Vinyl Tiles/Planks, we stock a range of top end products that will enhance and add value to your home. We pride ourselves on our finishing work, attention to detail, and no job is too big or small.
Shane has been an owner/operator of SC Flooring, and an installer for over 25 years. His expertise and experience have earned him a place on the board of FloorNZ, he’s also a member of the New Zealand Flooring Association, so has a finger on the pulse when it comes to updated regulations and requirements.

IT ALL MATTERS.
Flooring is one of the most expensive parts of your house. Not only do you need to find a suitable product for your environment, you also need to have it installed properly and to manufactures specified guidelines.
01. PREPARATION.
The key to a good finish is all in the preparation. We have the experience to know exactly the type of floor preparation required to guarantee a successful long lasting end product.
02. GRINDING.
We have available a large scale grinder. Ideal for removing paint and glues from a floor prior to treatment.
03. LVT.
Luxury vinyl tiles and planks mimic the look of wood or ceramics, but at a fraction of the price. LVT’s are low maintenance, durable, and come in a wide range of colours and grains.
They’re suitable for all areas, and are softer underfoot than ceramics. LVT’s can be laid in a variety of configurations, are a popular option to add a unique and opulent look to your home.
04. VINYL.
Sheet vinyl is available in a wide range of patterns and shades, making it an ideal option to quickly update an area.
