This floor was installed on a rubber underlay, providing added insulation and softness underfoot.

In 2018 Shane’s work won Bathroom of the Year for NZ House and Garden. Both the floor and walls were installed with a rubber based vinyl, that was welded at the seams. The end product was a wet room shower with an easy clean surface.

A Karndean Knight tile in Urban Spotted Gum. Vinyl installation should ideally be one of the last things done on a new build, minimising damage to the end product.
